A clinic is not an office
Patients form an opinion of a practice in the waiting room, before anyone has spoken to them. Scuffed baseboards and a tired restroom undo a great deal of clinical work.
The other difference is what is lying around. Charts, screens, correspondence, appointment books. We clean around all of it and never through it.

Where our work stops
Being specific about this matters more in a clinic than anywhere else.
- We are not a clinical cleaning service. Sterilisation, instrument handling, regulated medical waste and biohazard cleanup are yours or your specialist contractor's. We do not touch any of it.
- Patient records and screens. We clean around charts, paperwork and monitors. Nothing is moved, sorted or stacked. If something has to be shifted to clean a surface, it goes back exactly where it was.
- Shredders and shredded material. State law puts chain-of-custody outside a cleaning contractor's hands, and in a clinic that is doubly true. We leave them alone.
- Sharps containers. Never handled, never moved.
Why we list this. A contractor who claims to do everything in a medical suite either has not thought about it or is hoping you will not ask. Knowing exactly where a cleaner stops is part of your compliance picture, so we put it in writing in the contract.
