Interior window cleaning
Interior glass, partitions, entry doors and sidelights. Fingerprints on a glass conference wall are the first thing anyone notices walking past it, and the last thing that gets done during a standard clean.
Quoted per visit or scheduled quarterly. We do not do exterior high-rise glass — that is rope access, and a different trade entirely.
Post-construction cleanup
Final clean on new build and tenant improvement work, so a space is ready to hand over.
- Construction dust removed from every surface, including high ledges
- Stickers, labels and adhesive residue off glass and fixtures
- Paint specks and joint compound off floors and frames
- Floors cleaned and finished, restrooms fully cleaned
- Final detail pass before handover
Post-construction is dirtier and slower than it looks from the doorway, so we price it after seeing the site, never from a plan.
Disinfection
Electrostatic fogging and surface disinfection, using our own equipment. Useful after an outbreak runs through a team, ahead of a busy season, or on a standing schedule in a shared building.

Pressure washing
Entries, walkways, loading areas and hard exterior surfaces. The approach to a building sets an expectation before anyone reaches the door — stained concrete and a grubby entry undercut a spotless lobby.

What we do not take on
- Restaurants. Kitchen cleaning is its own trade with its own equipment and its own inspection regime. We do not do it.
- Tile and grout restoration. Not something we have built experience in, so not something we will sell you.
- Exterior high-rise glass. Rope access work.
- Regulated medical or biohazard waste. Never handled.
- Landscaping and snow removal. Different trade.
A contractor who says yes to everything is a contractor who has not thought about it. We would rather point you somewhere useful than learn on your building.
