Daily, weekly, or whatever the building needs. We work around your hours so your staff never sees us and your day is never interrupted. You provide keys and alarm codes; we handle the rest.

Where we draw the line
Some things we will not do, on purpose.
Most cleaning companies will tell you they do everything. We would rather tell you exactly what we do not touch, and why — because in a working office those boundaries are the whole job.
- Anything on your desk. We clean around paperwork and never sort, stack or move documents. Confidentiality is not a service level, it is the baseline.
- Shredders and shredded material. State law puts chain-of-custody for shredded documents outside a cleaning contractor's hands. We do not touch them.
- Dishes and anything left in the sink. Our chemicals are commercial-grade and have no business near a food surface. Empty sinks get cleaned properly; full ones we leave alone.
- Production floors. In manufacturing and lab facilities we clean the offices, restrooms and break rooms. The production area belongs to the people who understand it.

Pricing
Every building is different. So is every quote.
We price on square footage, how often you need us, the number of restrooms, and the condition of the space. There is no per-desk rate and no standard package, because neither would be honest.
Most clients find the per-visit figure is smaller than they expected — your written quote shows both the monthly and the per-visit price.
What a walkthrough involves. We come to the building, look at the space, and ask what your last cleaner got wrong. It takes about twenty minutes. You get a written quote, itemised, with nothing to sign on the spot.
