Who you are actually hiring
Ramiz and Melisa are a husband and wife with 32 years of commercial cleaning experience between them.
For most of that time they cleaned offices across Vancouver, Camas, Washougal and Ridgefield under a national franchise. The buildings were assigned to them. The prices were set for them. The customer never learned their names, and if something needed fixing it went through an office somewhere else first.
They decided to do it properly instead. Same work, same standards, the same two people — but now you deal with them directly, and what you pay goes into cleaning your building rather than into a franchise's overhead.
They work to your schedule. They bring their own equipment. They treat your paperwork as none of their business. After three decades, they know exactly what a well-kept building looks like, and they know the difference between a place that is tidy and a place that is clean.

How we work
The same two people
No rotating crew, no agency staff, nobody in your building you have not met. If the cleaning slips, you are talking to the person who did it.
On your schedule
Early mornings, evenings, weekends or during the day — whenever suits the building. Keys and alarm codes are handled formally, in writing, in the contract.
Honest about limits
We tell you what we do not do — restaurants, tile and grout, anything on your desk — before you ask. It is a shorter conversation.
Insured, and straightforward about it
We carry commercial general liability insurance. A certificate naming you as additional insured is available on request, before work starts — most property managers will ask, and it should never be a delay.
Green as standard, not as an upsell
Green chemicals, microfiber laundered rather than thrown away, HEPA-filtered commercial vacuums, and electric and battery equipment throughout. It costs you nothing extra. It means less dust redistributed into the air your staff breathes all day, and a smaller footprint per building.
We mention it last because it is not why you should hire us. Reliability is. But once the cleaning is right, this is a reason to keep us.
